    MT Digital (aka MTuTech) has AWEFUL aftersales service. We paid USD $15,000 for their UV printer. It came with a cooling unit that started leaking right away and they expected us to help them repair it, instead of agreeing to pay for a local tech to come over and diagnose the issue. They even suggested we needed to pay for their technician to fly over (ridiculous). They are literally refusing to pay for a local tech and are definitely not willing to replace the defective cooling unit, unbelievable! They do not understand what Warranty means, clearly.

    They also dropped the ball on providing an ICC file that works properly (our grey prints do not print grey correctly). They claim they tried duplicating the problem and that all is well. Unbelievable! Do NOT buy from this company, they do not stand behind their product, and will try to wiggle themselves out of replacing defective components because they think they cannot be touched being all the way in China. They do NOT honor warranties and their support is slow and they quit on you trying to resolve real issues if they cannot figure it out immediately.
