Inch problem

    Hello
    Could you please help me
    I have problem in heidelberg
    Type of machine is hd102vp
    Model 1983
    When pressing inch forward or inch backward the inch stop although I still press inch button
    Note c1, d6, d7 contactors is ok
    Note machine direct running is ok
    Someone told me that d210 is the problem
