I got an ImagePress C1 with T1 server and X-Rite DTP20 for profiling.
I am little confused with callibration. I'm reading some post in some difference places and i dont know which is the right way and what i have to do first?:(

Please anyone can tell me the right way and the steps to callibrate and profile a paper?

I try but i didnt like the result.

Also which "GretagMacbeth Eye-one" i have to buy to be support from Colorwise Pro Tools? Cost?

    Thanks!

The Spectro you want is the ES 1000.

Just a few quick questions. Do you have a scanner with it?

First you want to calibrate the device using the autogradation feature in the additional functions button and that will put the box back to baseline quality.

Then you need to open up the colorwise pro tools and choose calibrator and choose the device you're are using ie xrite densi or the ES 1000. Then you want to print out the target and then measure...It will then calibrate the rip according to rip defaults.

You should also do an autogray with the exact paper you are using...this is done off of the glass.
