The odd thing is that I used to use a Custom Destionation profile for a while but lately i don't get good results and I passed on iGen3 one! Does someone has a clue what might be the reason? The Spectrphotometer or...?

  • Digging up an old thread...

I've changed to Anti-Alias on, Trap on & set to 1, Rendering set all to Relative Colormetric.

The Pantone enabled button has been burning me lately with images dropping out. Prolly a transparency issue so I am leaving it set to on but I really have become paranoid about it.

Transparency issues are coming from the way the file you are printing was saved. If you can, rasterize the file before sending to iGen to see if that solves transparency/spot color issues.

We use what Stiv used to use.
