Image Quality Issues. Any thoughts?

As I am new to the iGen 3 I need much help. Getting very thin lines side to side (Cyan) no fault codes. Don't really have any idea looking for HELP.

Can't really see much going on in the picture, but first thought would be the drum, second would be developer

Check the 8 wire mod. for cyan

I agree with Milo. This is often caused by the 8 wire mods.
