Hello all
I need help as the full densitometer callibration is not happening the ild light glows early by the time callibration sheet reaches under it

I assume you already tried re-downloading the firmware?
Many times and changed two three devices, even deleted the ildparams from the program files but no use

I see the ILD error, but by now it doesn't seem like a ILD error to me. It appears that you have a problem with the paper path, that stucks the sheet in the moment your ILD needs to read the INK patterns. You first need to solve that before assuming your ILD is bad. Maybe your stacker pulleys are broken slowing your substrate transport, or maybe your exit conveyor belt or motor are about to die. I suggest you to check that before troubleshooting your ild.

But sir this only happens when I am doing ild related activities, no paper jamming in first transfer, and no paper jamming during printing without callibration and if paper was delayed it should jam at IFR or exit sensor why at stacker the jamming is because the ild generates the error and the follow up sheet is shown as unusual sheet in the stacker as the path is forced to bypass tray,..how to check weather the exit motor speed is slowed

Jobs not related to ILD won't stop your press even when there is a little delay on the sheet arriving to the proof tray or stacker. For example it may happen that the press parts of the exit conveyor marked in orange are too tight and pressing too high the paper to the exit conveyor surface, or even it could be your exit conveyor plastic pulleys are worn, or even the belt.

You already said you have changed two or three devices, I understand you mean 2 or 3 ILDs so, if the 3 are having trouble, I guess is something else. By the way, which bypasses are you working on your press? because with bypasses activated it gets harder to tell what is failing.

But if the exit conveyor is stalling then the error should persist in exit conveyor sensor and that is not bypassed, the bypass done is the diverter flap its been made to only divert paper to proof tray .. mechanically...and the amount of delay the ild light and paper entry is about 5mm or less and this much paper path sensors cannot adjust and the suction cup arms won't pick paper the interesting thing is duplex transport is also working and as per your advice the paper followed by ILD callibration sheet should stop at exit itself but it is travelling all the way through bridge to proof tray

Sir can I request you something...I need the part catalogue of series 3 can you send me on my WhatsApp or here

Ok then if you're really sure there is not a paper traveling problem. Then how about the ILD related connectors, and yeah this is basic I'm not looking to offend you, but what about your substrate settings, length, width, weight and thickness.

By the way I don't have right now with me a pdf of the press catalog, I'm reading to it as HTML but let me look for it. Your press is exactly the 7000 right?

No sir, I am really sorry from bottom of my heart, if my word disregard you ,I am just sharing my work and observations,
All substrate related inputs have been checked and even a new substrate was introduced for this but, all failed.
I consider your exit motor stalling and rubber roller and working on it ...and it will be very great help if I get part catalogue....
Thank you for your valuable input and time sir and above all your prompt reply

Ild cable from ILD to between connector and from there to mcn both have been changed

Yes it seems you've already tried many things. I'm sending you a message, check you inbox.

Hello Raju, any update on your problem? I was thinking of it after discarding all we've talked about, but there is something I still don't know: have you performed the full image placement calibration and the suction cups margin adjustment?

    Do you have S2 blanket?

Hello sir what is this part it is related to ild callibration but I don't know how to check if it's position is ok
And if you feel free please share your number in inbox

Hope that this part is there in 7000 as this is from 7500

That's an specific part to the 7500, and no it is not present in the 7000. It ensures a better substrate transport and registration.
