Hello everyone
I am going thru carrier like crazy. Every day 2-3 bottles. The specifications state 400k copies per bottle. I am running 160k impressions 13 x 19 double sided calendars. Is this normal?
If you are seeing the error message Add carrier but the bin is full just disconnect the sensor on the bottom of the storage bin. Just remember to fill it up every day.

Where does it say 400k for 1 bottle of carrier?

2-3 bottles / day is about right.

You can adjust purge settings in NVMs which will use more or less carrier depending on your needs.
80 (better quality) to
140 (lower quality)
Default settings are somewhere in the middle.

During high volume low coverage jobs I might lower these settings to 140. Will use less carrier and purge less often.
But it may cause color density problems, so if color quality is critical, keep settings lower. Default settings is usually fine.
