iGen Fault Codes

So, I run and operate a iGen 150, I was wondering if there is a PDF file or something that the technicians use to look up fault codes to see what the real meaning it is, if there is such a thing, does anyone know where to find it. Would be really helpful. When I place a service call on my press, it may take up to two days to hear from a tech.

Not a PDF file, but they have electronic service documentation on their laptops. You can view the meanings and corrective actions necessary to repair the fault.
