hi guys! The second day in a row with my igen going wrong.There are no critical errors, it prints, but the print quality is terrible! Magenta's out of place, I don't know what to do. attach photos of print samples, maybe someone faced similar! well, all the mistakes. as luck would have it, the order is very urgent and big, I hope for your help!

not what thoughts? I have a new error... 09-1100 XPE, XPE 09-4741 the Machine is idle, the orders piling up...

The topic is closed, I found a solution. It was in the HVSR Magenta board, replacing it and the car was back in service.
