Hello All

We are currently experiencing a weird marking that happens every so often.

We have checked the fuser and that seems to be fine as the rest of the parts in the fuser area being the same.

I've checked the photoreceptor belt and this is also okay.

I've just changed the cleaning blade and now testing.

Please see attached.

thats a weird one.

"every so often"

how many sheets?

  • This was happening like every fifth sheet, turned out it was to do with someone had taped the grid holder back together and became loose again... Don't know why you'd tape a grid holder back together but none the less managed to sort it out.
