iGen 150 issue - need technical assistance

We are having issues with our iGen FreeFlow server.

Upon launching...we are getting a fatal error (see pic IMG-3987)

I tried reinstalling the software and ran into issues. (see pic IMG_3952)

I have pics of just about every screen I encountered that I could send to anyone that knows what all of this means. I even went as far as getting another hard drive (2 actually) to try and install onto those...with the exact same results.

Can anyone please help with this?

From what I understand this error goes back quite some time. There should already be an existing patch to fix what Xerox calls a "programming error".
I'm no longer a Xerox user, but I would search the error code on the xerox support page.
 
  • Problem is repaired. Believe it or not, it was an ip address conflict assigned to the freeflow from his network.
