Hello guys, long time iGen operator here.

I've recently been going through about 2-3 Dry toner filters per shift.

(I must of gone through 20 of them)

Had plenty of techs come in to look at it.

Turns out that there's a bad batch of dry toner filters floating around.

I received ALOT of them.

Anyway, received a new batch the other day, so all is good now.

A lot of print plants in Sydney in AUS are currently experiencing this issue.

whoa. whats wrong with them, that they "go bad"? do they just not flow enough air?

do you just get an error, saying to change? I hate that. id guess something wrong with IGen. toner backed up... a leak...the little vacuum sensor(which is what I dealt with)

even then, i try to vacuum out the filters first. Not my money but cant help it. born a cheapskate. :)

thanks for the heads up.
