Hello everyone,
We bought an Ideal 7228 guillotine. When turned on, it worked, when we tried it, we probably raised the paper pressure pedal.
After taking the panels apart, we can see that pedal was able to activate the push button.
We read the instruction manual. And we found that if you activate the security button, you need to call the seller.
Is it possible to solve the problem without the intervention of the seller?
