I have a problem with my guillotine IDEAL 7228-95 EC3.

When I turn it ON, press START, the backgauge goes to the back and stops at the nearest switch. Doesn't reach the farthest switch. Display won‘t show the distance „72.00mm“ and I can‘t do anything.
I tried diagnostic routine to check the components and switches and it looks like everything is working fine, digital readout of the display always changes from 1 to 0 or from 0 to 1. In diagnostic routine I can move the backgauge with „forward“ and „reverse“ buttons, mechanically it works fine. Blade goes down fine, clamp works fine. Fuses also are good. Everything looks like working good, but backgauge doesn't measure end point size and display don't show 72.00mm. I bought the guillotine with this error, so don't know how it started. Could anyone give me a solution for this or a hint where to look at?

    Thank you!

    So, the news:
I tried to change back sensors to new one-problem persist.
The good news is: if I cover the third sensor (first of the back sensors) with a sheet of paper, I press Start and then backgauge goes slowly forward
approx till the second sensor of front, and then backgauge goes backwards in speed and display starts to show numbers. But that's it. I can't do anything more. If I switch guillotine off and on, display won't show any numbers after that. As I said before, I've done diagnostic routine many times, every sensor works fine. My thoughts is something wrong with memory,EPROM or something? Is there any factory reset for that? Maybe someone has software file for my guillotines eprom? Or any other ideas? I'm running out of mines...

If after you running the Diagnostic, and everything is o.k
Call for order the EPROM, with the o.k version software printed in the Same model of paper cutter and model, serial number
    year, etc
Well you can reset it. attached is there

    Vcc:Voltage of CPU
CPU:Central Processor Unit (brain of machine).
Reset#2 point where you must trace a bridge with Ground.
However you must look in the motherboard from t paper cutter, what the Cpu that you have. in that base you must look in Google, the oins diagram.
in short you must locate in whatever model do you have from Cpu::1)Reset Pin 2) Ground pin.
