Ideal 5221 Not Working Please Help

Hi all knowledgeable ones.
I am hoping someone out there would be able to help me. My Ideal 5221 guillotine has the blade stuck in the down position. After reading the operating instructions, I can only presume that the cutting was interrupted, or the brake is stuck on, but no amount of rebooting & button pressing seems to reset it to raise the blade to enable me to start using the machine again. I am a bit of a novice with these machines, so any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

you will test or check the limit switch at motor cutter M1 they good working normaly they is normal close/normal open
