ıdeal 5221-90 problems

I have an ideal 5221-90 machine, I use it without any problems, but suddenly it broke down. When I press the buttons, the press goes down, but the knife does not move. The motor makes noise, but the knife does not go down.

I suggest that you review the contacts of Contactors K1+ k2 , and clean or replace it, look for some loose wires going to the motor from contactor.

By other review the knife motor, for mechanical issue, and of course by la lack of maintenance, and take and go to some repair shop for motor, is Time to do it!

K1, if not work, test the voltage to the coil of contactor. If there's, is signal that coil of contactor is defective. Replace it

If there's Not , ser the: 1) Fuse+ C. Breaker,( Reset).

And follow others Steps , indicate you before.
