Ideal 5221-90 clamp goes down but doesn't go up. Now stuck

I have an IDEAL 5221-90 gullotine paper cutter. Yesterday it was working fine but today as the clamp came down, it refused to go up. When i press the button all it makes is a clack sound and that's it. I have no idea where the electrical panel is located as i read somewhere on the forum that faulty panel causes most of the problems. Please I need urgent assistance on this as the workload is gradually piling up.

Hi sir:

Please review push buttons: s4+ s7 , for loose wires, broken buttons, or dirty , and replace it , if is necessary.

For other side look very well the contactors: k1/1+ k3+k4 . for defective, or contacts dirty, broken, or loose wires. and replace is if is necessary.

Test the Fuses + circuit breaker, in case if open, or defective.!!
