Ideal 4850 - ER 10 - Wonky Motor and No Longer Calibrated

So I had a service call and my tech was unable to recalibrate my cutter.

he was able to bend the screw for backgauge so it hit further, but when trying to recalibrate by using measurements and the keypad to reset it, just wasn't working.

was told I need to replace the keypad and board.

was hoping someone here had any experience and or could tell me which parts I do need to replace and how I would go about getting them.
