Hi everyone.

We're having an issue with our Guillotine cutter where it has seized after trying to cut some books.
We believe the issue started when we pressed the cutting buttons and accidentally opened the safety cover around the same time causing the safety mechanism to seize in place?

While trying to get the machine to respond, we did notice the cutter making clicking noises as if it was trying to respond to the buttons but now it has stopped making any noise and is just frozen.

I also ready on this forum that we will have to access the K4 connector to press a button to activate the clamp to go up. Is this circuit board located directly in front of the blade where we unscrew the front plate? So far we have only opened the bottom plate of the cutter and looked below the machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hope these drawings help
