Ideal 4810 Old Cutter

Mine stopped working. A technician came and resoldered the Circuit board. It worked and stopped after a while. Checking these forums, I found someone had similar problem and fixed it by changing contactors.

I am trying to get a new circuit board and contactors (or relays). I tried Morgana UK, the forwarded that email to North American branch. I am yet to hear from them.

I checked with one dealer here in Canada. They ask for the part numbers. I don't have the manual and checked internet and couldn't find one.

1. Anyone knows those numbers or know where I can find a manual?

2. Or know where I can get these parts? (I am not sure whether my dealer has it in stock)
