icolor 560 / prorip essentials to print opaque person but translucent background?

How can I get prorip essentials / icolor 560 to do something like this? Ultimately, I want to print a photograph on foil (or transparency, then stick on foil) where the person in the photo is completely opaque, whereas the rest of the photo can have the foil show through. Any guidance greatly appreciated, thank you!
