Please 1) do Visual inspection, blown fuses, loose and broken wires , improperly seated connector. missing jumpers
2) Reseating boards and components, Edge connector are a common source of problems. Power down the system and remove the Pc board. Examine the edge connectors for contamination and clean them very well. Reseat any loose componnets such a socketed ICs.
3) Power supply Checks., for missing voltages and voltages out of spec.
4)Use the " common sense" the most valuable Tool for troubleshooting..
