What is the best way to raise the humidity and leave it higher? It seems to float between 15-25 percent, which is not very good.

I'd like to know the most effective way (cost is not a problem) and the way that may not cost that much. Any ideas, suggestions, tips or tricks?

    Any other, cheaper suggestions? lol.

I don't think we as a company are in a spot to shell out too much cash.

I'd look into having a hot tub installed....somewhere near a flat screen and a loaded mini fridge. The hot tub should help the humidity & maybe some stress too. ;-)

Cheapest and most cost-effective way is having the owner's wife do her laundry on site ;-)

PeterB's got a great idea....you could make a side income from running a little coin-op laundry business too! Brilliant PeterB! lol

I've been trying to figure out how to run a sandwich thru the fuser for a while now. I'd like to give Subway a run for their money.

Sandwiches are too thick and heavy. We're producing personalized crepes (that very thin french pancakes) on individual order. Took some adjustments to get the round shape material running within registration and needs some more daily cleaning to get the butter off the fuser rolls.

    @ PeterB

In regards to your buttery fuser roll,

Which fuser fluid are you using? You should be using Fuser Butter instead. Less mess, auto cleanup and it automatically applies the butter to whichever product you run through.

You can also purchase a in-line post fuser Nutella Coater. This would replace the UV coater, however.

Tip: If you try running waffles through, please use the Transfer Overdrive along with Enhanced Butter Permanence.

Nope, too much butter already in the dough. Experimenting on plain pizza dough using olive oil in the fuser cabinet and applying tomato sauce in the coater, Still no solution for the pepperoni and cheese.

PeterB, I'd ask your tech. He may know of some after-market applicator.

Hey ddigen3, you're kidding. Uor Techs almost killed me for the crepe experiment. If I asked them for a salami applicator, they'd rather take away the iGen and send me to hospital.

Having lived and worked in India for years, I might suggest moving your shop there; especially during the monsoon season. Humidity will NOT be a problem!

Seriously, though, I would look for a room humidifier--or two or three--that can handle your overall space. I'm sure there are off-the-shelf options at like a Home Depot or something? I'll look into what we're using at another shop...the thing just goes all day and spits fog into the room.

We have tried many floor units without any consistance or sucess. Finally found the best wall mounted unit that takes care of 2000 sq feet and it is made by Neptronic and model SK300.
