HP Z3100 24 inc - purchased for 1000C$ seems not used at all, but...

On Estate sale I purchased HP Z3100 for 1000$ ... I would like to print art photos. Landscapes etc.

1. Is this too much or average for this kind of printer?

2. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of printer? I need help with setting it up. Probably clean the printer before starting to print.

3. Printer had most probably the minimal use of but was not turned on and what should I do to make it work properly in the future. Obviously, some inks expired...

4. I need to find affordable solution for ink/cartridges/printing heads. Please post what you know and your experience with nongenuine inks...
