hp ws6000 and ws6900 color instability

HP machines have a harder time maintaining color. The company I work for is very picky about color. And in all works with runs of 500 and 800 meters the color varies a lot,
Is this equipment for small runs?
They say that the calibration continues is bad is it true?

how to solve this color problem?

I do the calibrations, but I still have difficulties.

 

For longer runs depends on colors use the CCC (continuous color calibration). But you need to know that sometimes CCC is not helping. To have better color stability run every 2k impressions or sometimes 1k autobias wizard. Of course to keep the color stability you need to have fresh inks and calibrated, bids and other consumables in perfect condition.

And one more thing, if you have two presses just use on one of them Media fingerprint, and connect 2nd press to it. If you want to help on site or something, let me know.
