I had an HP tech come in for my press PLC not syncing with the Uni-drives. The profilebus convertor is the module that's suppose to sync them. I've replace the PLC and Uni-drive already.

Describe defect... maybe i know how fix your problem

 

Unwinder will not respond to touch screen

 

The error appear in vacum box? The motors are working right?

 

Software UI keeps getting error of unable to communicate with PLC and Unwinder

 

But your press was working before or you buy and reinstall at your site?

 

Unwinder motors will not work due to not syncing

 

Press was work fine before this

Hallo,
Do you have a Hp Indigo 5500 2010 and above with less than 20million impressions?

I currently have a 3500 and its giving me alot of problems. Paper gets stuck on the blanket no matter which substrate I use. It also gets stuck between the Bids and the PiP.
Please help if you can.
