hp indigo 5000 paper stuck in input machine

hello I have problem paper jam in input machine exactly in the pinch roller
i checked the bridge sensor it work
i checked the input sensor it work
i checked the input motor roller it work when i go to element and select input motor it work
if there any idea please ? pictures show exactly where the paper jam
