Check the cleaning station connector and cable, it may get damaged and short, causing IO flow problems, it's a mess when it occurs. If the cable and connector is fine, then you could check sponge roller, and just at last recalibrate the flow or adjust your systab parameters.

I checked the wires looks fine no shortage i did change the sponge roller and calibrated the oil flow i checked the piping all looks good ,what driving me crazy its why is doing this over flow only in the startup, once i clean the dripping oil and get the machine ready again it work normal until the end of the day

That's pretty weird as I had that issue before on a 5600, and the symptoms were basically the same and only after changing the wires it was solved. But ok, I'm sharing you my systab editor parameters for the flow topic, you can compare to yours and try to tweak a little and see if it helps. I trust this more than calibrating through the wizard. It's from a 5600 I think the cleaning station is the same on both machines. It currently pumps 2.96 liters/minute on my press and I think that's the best setting for the pip to last more.

Well, it looks at decent range man. Did it overflow oil again today?
The only two things left I can think of, is a problem with the Imaging Oil pump, or the Cleaning Station Motor.

im suspecting that the pump start before the cleaning station motor somethings like that just in the start its weird
