Don't remember exactly, it's old press but press configuration or somewhere in substrate settings.

 

Hello I've Indigo 5500
but the Problem is there is a impression motor which is manually Functioning but
while Printing it's not Function I'm in very Hard Situation please help

 

What kind of errors you have?

 

The only way it will switch from yellow to magenta is having your yellow bid disabled, so yeah it's not possible.

I don't know for the 5000 but as for the quantity of yellow sheets printed by the auto cleaner page, in the 5500 press, that config can be adjusted from here:
Consumables>Blanket>Cleaner Page Tab
You can also set there the frequency every certain number of clicks
