hp indigo 5000 bid high voltage error won't let the machine get ready

Hello guys i have this couple voltage error about 2 colors magenta and black the boh errors message are attched with this post high voltage error
-ink its not piping (the ink is piping normaly i checked )
-high voltage bid errors
so i did the falowing steps
rebuild the ink
check conductivity
check bids by switching postion bid work
chck cable connectivity work fine
NB i got this error to many time somtime come next day and everything works fine am really confused any solution

 

Swap BDU with another color, check BID HV cables on wall. And one question does pump in tank working on magenta/black?

 

yes i swap the BDU
the pump work fine
i checked the wire looks fine for the black i switch the whole wire from another machine (HV wire ) still the same
one more thing this morning the black print fine i didn't do any thing to it this problem been arround

 

Good the press has reset itself!!!

Anyway check also the pipe system in TCU maybe you have some disconnect and pump work but ink not reach the bid

the magenta print ok no with no issue the problem still in the black am gonna tell somthings crazy
its been more than 4 days in the morning print fine for 2 to 3 hours and start giving me the high voltage error agin how i can explained No clue to be honest
i want to know why its doing that

 

Maybe the TCU is not right calibrated and sensor not read good so you have wrong density and conductivity…

when it was with magenta i calibrated the ink density by rebuilding the ink and calibrated the conductivity too still do it for couple days and get back to normal by itself its sound wierd but thats what happen i been runing this 5000 for more than 12 years now

 

So you have a lot of experience with these presses... there are many causes about bid voltage errors... maybe also the Bid Unit old or damaged...

 

yes the squege somtime get dirty with ink and start getting wrong voltage charge (the squege inside the bid its only a sponge roller ) but i can switch the bids and still have the same issue like i siad it's wierd probleme ofcourse there's in issue somewhere i think ma machine its start getting old
