hp indigo 5000 bid engage wizard fail

hello everyone i am trying to run wizard for bid engage adjustment it fail and give me the error message in the pictures attached
the machine print all CMYK fine and does'e the color adjustment fine
but why it fail to print the bid engage the message it show does'e not make any sense
first picture show that the black ink is installed fine and print fine

 

What press SW are you using? Why you have yellow on 1st place? And when exactly error is showing up?

position 2 have problem with bid engage so i switch to position 1
the question is way it give me error message about black color when i try to print bid engage ?

 

Check in Press config format RAID at next startup. Many times it helps for stupid error.

 

when the machine start it show no error in the software start
how to check the raid at startup?

 

Go to Press config and find it.
