HP designjet Z6100 / Maintiance Cartridge missing??

Have a Z6100 and now the maintiance cartridge error is showing up aftre about 2 weeks of use. I have tried cleaning the line sensor and encoder still nothing. Anyone out there have any other suggestions?

Sounds like it may be a defective chip on the cartridge. Usually, the chip will show up right away if you try to use it, but this can also happen during use.
Try to get a replacement maintenance tank if you can and see if that works. If it doesn't, may need to check the error online if there is something else wrong in the printer.

thanks for the responce.. there is not a chip on the maintiance cartridge. we had put 2 maitiance cartridges in in the past month. they would work for about 2 weeks and then error out. What i did was take all the printheads out and clean them and pulled the metal plate off of the printhaed carriage and reseat all the ribbon cables on that board. Back up and running now.

fisrt,you buy a new maintenance tank install on this printer,if it remain show error,then check the electron line.
