HP Designjet 3800cp Large Format Printer Ttrailing cable replaced catching serv statn

I need help out there with a HP Designjet 3800 cp Large format printer !! The problem is with the Trailing Cable as i replaced it with another one but the new one is sagging and also is getting caught up in the Service Station plastic leg on the right hand side !! It seems the old cable was stiff enough that it kept it from sagging to the bottom of the chamber in the service station when it returned to its position but the new just sags and i dont know what to do from keeping it from sagging !! The new trailing cables were bought from china but appear to be the same specificatiopns other than there are no red lines for where the cable is supposed to be lined with the carriage assembly !! Thanks for any reply !!
