HP Designjet 110plus nr problem, help please

I use this printer to print house plans. When I hit position print window so I can print the drawing to scale it does nothing instead of the box popping up to center the plan on the available space. It does allow me to print if I just check the fit drawing to page. Any help would be apprciated.

 

This sounds more like an issue with the program you're working in rather than the printer or print driver.

 

thanks xfactor, I haven't got it fixed yet but after your message i found a forum on my cad program and think I know whats wrong. It is because I recently upgraded my pc and the newer windows doesn't work with my program have to take it and get a quick fix. Thanks for the help
