How To Troubleshoot Epson T200 Ink Cartridge Error

I am new to Epson Printer. I have purchased online Epson T200 Ink Cartridge from asapinkjets.com. But it showing "unrecognized cartridge" error when I am going to install it in my PC. Does this problem occurs due to my PC windows version? Currently I am using MS Windows 7.
