How to solve (STATUS_FTA+24) //exceed time limit, re-entry code

i bought a used digital printer with double DX5 print heads, i have done some printing with but suddenly the printer showed me this error code on the machine screen FTA 24 exceed time limit, re-entry code and 40020018 on print manager, would you like to help me to solve this problem,
