How to reduce the foam or air bubbles while ink is pumping?

Does anyone know how to do this? I've always been told that this is conductivity related, and certainly I've noticed than after replacing Imaging Oil filters this problem not exists with new filters as there is no high conductivity IO added to ink tanks when required. And yes cleaning and rebuilding helps a lot too.

But is there another way to reduce foam? also, this is a 5600 press so there is no silica gel filter on this machine.

Simply rebuild your ink with fresh oil and filters , or do a half rebuild. Old oil is usually the culprit for foaming. If the foaming gets too bad, it can start to effect the floats and ink levels.

Yeah, well I guess there is not other option than rebuild, I'd wish this press had the silica gel filter system, it really helps a lot. I'm running out of IO, I was looking for a second hand option XD
