How to configure virtual printer on windows for Heildelberg Quickmaster DI metadimension software

Hi. Greetings from Venezuela. I have a Heildelberg Quickmaster DI that works with the metadimension software. But I don't know how to configure the virtual printer to be able to print through Windows. Could someone please teach me how to do it? when I try to do what the old operator left, the pc sends the job to the queue but no job arrives at the machine. my email is asdrubalramirez@gmail.com.
