    Hi,

I tried to replace fuser while machine was on and got a red screen saying there was a problem so i went back to the old fuser. After a couple of restarts it showed a the fault code and will not print.

I know how to enter to the diagnose screen but seem unable to reset fault code.

Anyone knows how it can be reset?

    Thanks

    Moe

I believe the NVM to reset is 744-350 = 0
    Hope this helps.

    It did! Thanks Georgie.

Now... I had to go back to my old fuser for when i put the new one, machine again give me the 010-320 error code on the pink-red screen. Any idea why it would do that with new fuser? Machine was off and cold when i tried to install the new fuser.

    Thank you
    Moe
