Has anyone had an issue with the Freeflow DFE where the names of the hotfolder queues change on a restart of the freeflow server?
We have had our queue names change on a restart twice now. It seems to replace the first word of the queue with the word Igen for example "Direct_CMYK" changes to "Igen_CMYK"

We have not had any renaming issues but our connection to the hot folder(s) is not always available. We were dropping PDFs in the hot folder 2 weeks ago and they processed fine. Today the workstation cannot see the hot folder(s). We can ping the IP address but access to the hot folder(s) is replying with a "Check Spelling" with no connection.

Where are you located? Are you on service with xerox? Can you see the freeflow server in your network on the PC?

We are not on service with Xerox. We cannot see the server on PC's on our network.

    Printing from Windows 10, yes.
We are currently using a generic driver to print from the workstation. Hot folders have been helpful. Printing from the PC's are not problem.
