Hello, I'm from Belgium and just signed in. I apoligise for my English not being perfect !
I work as offsetprinter but just started a letterpress printing shop in my free time.
I'm planning to buy a Heidelberg Platen being adapted for hot foil printing.
Could such machine still be used for typo printing and embossing ?
If so, is convertion quite easy, or is it better to purchase a second machine ?

A converted Windmill will still be able do embossing, but can’t really be used for printing any more as you need to remove the rollers and ink disk, etc., to make room for the foiling attachment(s).

If you plan on printing with it, you’re better off having a second machine.
