Horizon Vac 100c error 152 - Pulse Error

Have a Horizon Vac 100 tower C error 152 ( see picture ) - manual says Pulse Error - Remedy is to check loading of the pulse encoder or the paper dust on the encoder.

Can any forum member point out, if possible with picture, where the pulse encoder in a Horizon Vac 100 C tower is located.
