Hello
Please, can anyone help me with SPF-20A Initialize issue.
When we turn the machine on, software initialization starts and display message stay Now Loading...
We thought that the program might have been deleted from the EPROM modul!

Thank you.

Hi sir;

1) Review the power supply for Vdc if there are in Tolerance.

2) See if the Display has Battery, and measure the Voltage if is low, replace it immediately, clean and tight the ribbon or flat cable or broken wires.

3) Finally, see if the IC including EEPROM, are clean or oxide and use clean contacts cleaner. and tight very well in the bases. if the machine is have the same problem, please Reset the Cpu or Microprocessor.

    Everything seems to be fine.
    Does anyone have an EEPROM program / software for this model.

    Hi Chock,
    I have the same issue. Bought the whole collater (VAC100a, m and c with SPF-20A stitcher and FC-20A trimmer) from the Netherlands and shipped the Suriname in South America.
    The machine was set up as 230V single phase 50Hz. We have 240V 2 phase 60Hz. Have many machines from the Netherlands and USA in 220V work normally here like this.
    At first start up, both the SPF-20A and both VAC-100a and VAC-100c stay on 'Loading Now'. Also, VAC-100m keeps making a sound like it is switching on-off-on-off.
    I do not have a service manual to look anything up. What should the VDC spec be? What can I check on the VAC's?
