Ho indigo 5000 fail to turn on

Hello , I have a problem with my machine after turning the main power everything looks fine software come up with no errors or problems all doors are locked
When I push the green switch to turn the machine I got the error about <PDU error relay K5 not working properly >
I did change the relay same issue
I did switch the whole PDU power supplies same issue
I did turn the key in the back machine to position 1 to match the one in the front same issue
Any idea guys here attached the errors

It reminds me a lot of a problem I had some years ago, just in case verify all of your interlocks are not disconnected.

I had a problem like this with the interlock located in the door to the duplex conveyor, somehow it was unplugged and was causing a problem like this, couldn't turn on the press. I really wish to be this your problem and not a power supply.

Its not in interlock i switched the the whole power supplies PDU still same issue

Are your 3 power supplies on when you turn on the press? I mean do the green lights on them turn on?
