Thank you for the Assistance I was able to resolve the issue by checking the Ebron on the REK2 BOARD. the card had a defect so I cleaned it with electronic contact cleaner and fixed back now ok..

Please am having issues at my feeder..
If the feeder picks double paper when it gets to the front lay it Stops the entire machine operation mean where it's suppose to stop only the feeder. Plz how can I resolve the issue... It's causing much waste during production...

 

Please send me the picture of mid error , perhaps you have a sheet overrun accompanied by the double sheet, in this case the machine stops as a safety measure so as not to damage the machine

 

Early sheet caused by extra thickness would certainly make sense, as Adil noted, machine would stop.

 

By the way, why would the double sheet make it down to headstops?

Ah, electronic double sheet detection coupled with early sheet.

 

We need picture of mid to see what happends , perhaps it will be ultrasonic issue and sheet overrun

 

When the feed table stops, either manually, double sheet or mis-alignment, two or more pneumatic rods are fired down onto the sheet at the front stop to hold it in position.
Sounds as though one of these isn't working, so the sheet twists a little bit and activates the overrun eye sensor.
They should have a plastic cap on the end of the rod, which can also break off.

There is a pneumatic cylinder 25/25 at the feeder side I just detect, the 24v coil seems not to be supplying for the electro valve to function very.. this case I will look into.

 

Please send a video of the problem also the picture of the mid error , this is cptronic machine or cp2000 ??

Pls am Having issues with my Sm 5 Ciprotonic Feeder not moving up and Down. Pls I need assistance.

 

A note on removing the washing device: I don't understand why the printer is going into perfecting-changing-process , just until the claw swings down so he can remove the washing device. The same position (claw on its lowest position) can be achieved in the straight process if only the format of the storage drum is changed. In this process it is safe and problems - as it happen now, an allocation error of the position between storage and perfecting drum - cannot occur. Heidelberg days ´do not go into perfecting process and then stop in the middle of the process´ also dont wait until next day till you finish the process of perfecting until it is finished. Switching off the machine when having allocation error is worst.(!!!)
