Help with the Polar 76 Em serial number 5561729

Initially, there was an error -82-. The machine was calibrated, but after giving out a mistake, we called a specialist, he took a board from the machine IAR, AR, inserted them into another car Polar 76, for an understandable reason, pulled the chip from the board of the AR and inserted them incorrectly. After that the car stopped turning on, the scoreboard did not light up. Themselves inserted them into another machine with the same version of the program 3.0, the AR machine did not start up with the AR board, the press did not work with the board of the IAR. Maybe there is someone else's thoughts on how to fix this problem, and how to find not a workpiece? I will be grateful for the advice.

I can undertand your situation, sometimes the software are NOT compatible with the
serial number of machine, must be equal, and can be some of the reason why is NOT working with EPROM in AR +IR computer Processor.
However i can recommend you, Test the Power supply: +9vdc for Keyboard and display KT +5VDC for keyboard computer +5Vdc in PS5 +24vDC in PS24 +42 plug 1, pin 8 CU section -12V card EI -30 V cardEI -12 B card EI -30B card EI all in section CU.

Did you measure Well??
Remember the tolerance is o.5% + or - if there are OUT of tolerance, the power supply is defective, replace or
repair
In the board IAR: LED V19+LED V23 WILL BE OFF, THERE ARE COMING ON WITH +24vdc.
LEDS :V3+V4+V5 must be ON ,see if there are ???
Test the tolerance of Power supply and i did indicate above.

 

Looking for a program for Polar 76 EM, for the AR board, 76EM-V3.0

Unfortunately, this software ONLY have the Polar Mohr , you must
go to Polar Agency in his country and ask for this . Otherwise you must
waste you time and money for searching this.

Sorry I have to piggy back this, I have no idea how to start a new thread and I am in a hurry. : /
I have a polar 76 em and like everyone else cannot find any useful manuals or information.
My problem is: The clamp comes down so hard it bounces and when it returns it bounces even worse!
The clamp does this with or without the pedal, so I don't think the pedal adjustments do anything. So to be clear if I just hold the cutting buttons the clamp will slam down, the blade cuts fine, and then the clamp slams up and bounces hard.
Any suggestions? and like anyone if there are manuals out there i'd like one!
