There seems to be an error in the software. Based on the DYN-test-1, the lowest part (HWI) shows that it is 7FDF. Problem with the machine is that the machine won't stop while installing the CTCP imaging plate. There seems to be an inching problem. Any kind of help or advice will be appreciated, thank you guys!:)

"REK recognizes via encoder IDS that press is blocked"... Does the press run normally otherwise? Is this only in crawl/inch as you state? Possibly check for fouled connection at cable plug to encoder, clean and re-attach, and look for cable being disturbed at moving parts.

Those errors show that the thermal overload breakers are tripped. Power off, open cabinet door and reset breakers. There must be a reason those breakers are tripped off, though.

Q44 is the central lube pump, meaning it's thermal overload is tripped. Post picture of error display, showing what cover/safety switch is causing the fault. No

I have inching problems. Based on the INIT-test-13, it shows a motor error 06 - 0101 on SSK2 and INIT-test-3 on EAK-02 FDFF. I have tried to move the SSK card and EAK card in another slot but the error still appears. Any help or advice will be appreciated, thank you guys

hi junker, we can run the machine now
but that's problem not solve yet , the error Q44 is still displayed on monitor.
according with our supplier, the problem is with the SAK card in panel which cause the error on monitor, so we try change capacitor on SAK board like the picture below here and it's run.
however we're appreciate for your attention for us and thank you for helping us.

That card appears to me to be the memory card, SPK, not the SAK safety processor card.

    Hi sir
    1) Please check the power supply very well: a) +24Vdc b) +10Vdc Pot for Servo Drive. The Range of tolerance must be 0.7% up and down. Otherwise repair or replace.
    2) Reheating the complete board for:1) Colder +2)Dry Solder boards.
    3) Reseating Boards and components:
Edge connectors are a common source of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components such as scoketed ICs) .
Reseat the boards and power up.
    Let me know
    Blessing
Merry Christmas and Happy New Yeear
