Help with perfector error in SM74 with KID

Hi all..

Can anybody help me to eliminate the synchronization error of my client's SM74-2 perfector? the KID shows the two cylinders with a line linking them together. Even the main motor brake is not releasing when I insert the crank handle.

I can confirm that the mechanical timing is ok. (the machine can be turned without a problem by releasing the brake manually with foot peddle) now the machine mechanically is in straight position and the CPtronic Identifies it correctly. But the error is not going off.

it will be a great help that anyone can help me with this regard. my client and me is in very hard situation now.
I can provide further necessary details about the error.

I have a good experience with SM74's but this is my first time with this error.

Problem is still the same. I'm trying hard to figure out how to synchronize the storage drum and reversing drum.
But still no luck..

Can anybody please tell me how the Cptronic sense the synchronization?
Any switch, sensor or encoder? (This machine has semi automatic perfector)
