Help with Komori Sprint 228p

I'm a press operator out of Pittsburgh Pa learning how to run a Komori sprint 228p 2 color press and unfortunately the operator manual has disappeared so I'm going off of general knowledge and help from other press operators so I am having problems getting water to the plate I have ink transfer from plate to blanket but it is solid color I cant figure out how to get the plate to clean up if anyone can help me with this that would be greatly appreciated.

hi mike the first thing i would check that the setting between water rollers and plate are correct second look for alternate water settiing like speed control is not on or needs to be on good luck step by step make notes if you
