I've purchased a used EraSmart A4 UV printer and need some help getting started. Is there anyone here who can help??? I've loaded ink and coolant and am trying to print a simple image using AcroRIP. So far, the printer goes through the motions, but no ink is deposited on the surface. Thanks for any help provided.

I'll follow-up my own post by indicating I've been able to get my A4 UV printing working. I'm learning a great deal by trial-and-error, but would appreciate knowing where to get help. The EraSmart people won't help since I purchased a used machine. Is there anywhere else online to discuss issues with EraSmart A4 UV printers???

  • I'm having the same trouble, I purchased a new machine and used it once or twice prior to lockdown.
Upon reopening I was told the print head needed replacing, which I have done (twice).. to no avail.
The machine seems to go through all the motions of printing but no ink comes out. I have cleaned all the tubes and can suck/squeeze ink through.

The technician at erasmart is not very helpful to say the least.

Does anyone here have experience of these printers ?

Hi, nice to meet you All ,
Christian, did you ever solve the issue? I have the same issue with eramsart a4 l800 printer. Ink is primed etc, prints physically, but no ink is expelled on paper.
    Thanks

  • I cant install the printer in my windows 10 machine, can someone please share the drivers or a link where to download them from. Erasmart website is no help. and i cant use the printer because these drivers are no where to be found. Thank you in advance

    Hi sir
Troubleshooting a UV printer can be a bit intricate. Make sure you've followed the setup instructions precisely. Confirm that the ink is correctly loaded, and there are no clogs in the print head. Additionally, ensure your image settings in AcroRIP match the printer's specifications, including the right color profiles and resolution. If issues persist, it might be beneficial to reach out to EraSmart's customer support for more tailored assistance.
    Good luck
